Duties and responsibility of Mason:
1. Assist in building layout, framing, sheathing, and roofing structures.
2. Use equipment and tools to safely perform basic construction tasks.
3. Correct any safety hazards and report them to the foreman. Communicate any more serious safety issues.
4. Tear down, rebuild, and point chimneys.
5. Cut openings into walls, ceilings, and floors constructed of masonry materials.
Duties and Responsibilities of Labour:
1. Cleaning and preparing construction sites
2. Loading and unloading materials and equipment
3. Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures
4. Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes
5. Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment |
